Aims and Objectives Our innovative programmes reach young people and aid them in developing their understanding, self-esteem, confidence and core skills. We aim to: Pioneer the potential in everyone we work with-creating, reaching and exceeding personal goals. Provide unique learning opportunities, which break boundaries and teach transferrable skills. Provide the means for creativity and self-expression, building confidence. Provide access to non-mainstream subject matter through alternative teaching methods teaching core skills through aspirational activities. Improve community cohesion. Reduce the risk of anti-social behaviour.
